The Amstrad CPC 6128 pluses is the successor cutters/Amstrad CPC 6128 and the "“large brother"” of the CPC 464 pluses.

It actually offered amazing capability characteristics as 8-bit home computer, but because of the too late introduction on the market at the beginning of the 1990er floppte the Amstrad CPC plus row and after introduction again was briefly adjusted.

Contrary to the CPC 464 pluses the CPC offered to 6128 pluses instead of the Datasettenlaufwerkes an inserted 3 " - floppy disk drive.

The characteristics of the CPC plus were beside a completely newly gestaltem exterior also innovations such as hardware Sprites, 4096 colors, ASIC chip and further.

Beside the two adequate computers of the plus row there was also still another pure play console on the same basis, which could be operated only with modules, the Amstrad GX4000.
