The Cray-4 is a so-called supercomputer, which of the American company Cray, under whom line of Seymour Cray was designed, which died however before conclusion of the work with a car accident. The Cray-4 is the advancement of the commercial miss of the Cray-3 on the basis of the gallium arsenide circuits, so-called ATM chips. The 1994 presented supercomputers is based on a vector processor with Shared MEMORY.
