Electronics Delay STORAGE AUTOMATIC Calculator (EDSAC) is a British high-performance computer from the year 1949. It was developed by Maurice Vth Wilkes and its team in Cambridge.
In the computer some at that time new concepts were used, then of Neumann architecture was implemented and it was the first computer for the first time stored programs used. EDSAC was based on Neumann's computer EDVAC.
