EMUF is the name for a plates a microcomputer for universal fixed value program application. It had been in the eighties a common type of A PLATe in the self's building on basis of the 6504 CCU (650x-Familie) or the Z80.

This single-board computer was published by the Franzis publishing house in the computers magazine mc (micro computer) 1981. The development of the 6504-EMUF was answered for by Herwig Feichtinger. The EMUF was a single-board computer in the European card format (100 x 160 mm). The price at that time amounted to for the complete kit less than DM 100,-- and it permitted to develop inexpensive a functional computer in own amateur handicraft.
