He was programmed by the input hexadecimal machine code over a firmly inserted pocket calculator keyboard. As announcement a six-digit 7-Segment-Display was used. The LC80 was manufactured starting from 1982 in the VEB collective combine microelectronics Erfurt.
Within the education formation of the GDR however the home computer series KC 85, which was produced starting from 1984, became by far more important.
