The Mac Life is a computer technical periodical of the Falkemedia publishing house in Kiel. It appears monthly. The first expenditure appeared in December 2000.

Main topic of the magazine is the Macintosh of Apple, the MP3-Spieler iPod as well as software and hardware tests approximately around this topic area.

Contrary to the other two Macintosh magazines Macwelt and MacUp, which apply for many readers than to Design and DTP oriented, address themselves the Mac Life primarily to the a riser and the private Macintosh user, which are to have fun at its computer apart from effective working also.

Of Mac Life contain each month a CD-ROM with software, Workshops, films or exclusive programs.

In the same publishing house a newspaper every fourteen days appeared named macnews/PAPER in the period of August 2003 until September 2004, which was arranged in co-operation with the Internet portal macnews.de. Despite the more current reporting as well as the anticyclical mode (all Mac magazines appear against end of the month, macnews/PAPERs in each case two weeks before it and afterwards) the project did not carry and was adjusted and/or the newspaper came up editorialally in the magazine Mac Life.
