Nintendo Entertainment system (NES) is 1983 a published play console of the Japanese manufacturer Nintendo. The console appeared in Japan under the name Famicom (Family computer) 1983. It rang a new era (after Atari and the large Crash of 1983) of the 8-bit play consoles and is generally considered as the representatives of the "“third generation"” from play consoles (depending upon counting method also the second or first generation -- particularly under lateborn). On the NES developed many play rows, which there are also nowadays. Thus the first two parts of the Zelda and the first three parts of the Mario row e.g. appeared on the NES. Also the play Metroid celebrated its Debut on the NES.

The equipment had been developed before the Crash, the introduction on the market however some years was already reset, until the Crash was overcome.

Super Mario Bros. to 3 is considered as the best play on the NES and of of many also as the best video game all times one regards. Also over 17 million units it is also the usually-sold video game of all times, which did not appear in the Bundle with the console.
