TRADIC (English abbreviation for TRansistorized airborne one digitally computers) was that world-wide first computers on the basis of transistors - and introduced because of its disturbance and reliability and the higher speed of transistors opposite tubes and not least because of its smaller size thereby the triumphant advances of the transistor computers opposite at the time at that time the usual tube computers. TRADIC created one million logical operations per second.

Developed from the Bell research laboratories for the United States air Force, he became to 19. March 1955 finished. It consisted of approx. 10000 germanium diodes as well as approx. 700-800 transistors and had a capacity of approx. 100 Watts.
